Desperately poor customer service.
Account been suspended due to COVID-19. The re-opening email ended up in my junk.
When charge came out I called to explain that I was unaware and hadn't visited the gym.
Asked for a refund and they flat out refused and kept quoting contract.
I probably would have renewed at a later date but now I wont step foot in PureGym ever again.
I'm not too bothered about the money, but it is very telling this is how they treat customers in the most difficult of times. Lets be honest these are exceptional circumstances.
No flexibility. No empathy.
Scummy behavior PureGym.
Lots of great cleaning stations dotted about however some of the equipment had lots of dust/debris around the base.
Also some people had left their cleaning towels on the machines/ littered on the floor .
Not many staff around, didnt see anybody cleaning
I'm not sure it is 'deep cleaned ' as described on a nightly basis

Initially I was disappointed with the shower rooms, too small, and not adequate to meet the volume of patrons...other than this every thing is perfect.I time my sessions better, and the showers have been good..though bigger would be better..
Staff are lovely and the amenities are first class.The hygiene of the building is outstanding and there is a lovely atmosphere
Great gym, instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of equipment and cleaning stations
Nobody wheres a mask, barely anyone cleans the machines, packed, showers last 20sec. Changing room is small. The gym is incredibly stuffy and its ridiculously hard to get in and out.
Wasent any tissues at the cleaning station when I went to clean the apparatus I was using.
Clean and well equipped. A bit crowded though so need to queue
Gym clean, not too busy, socially distanced but nobody wearing masks whilst walking through the gym. Nobody enforcing the mask rule
The gym was really good and clean lots of good equipment really happy too be a member just wish was closer too home as have too travel 10 miles but that's its

3 floors of cardio machines, perhaps 20% in use. Small weight room totally packed with only one deadlift platform and 2 squat racks. Had to wait aj age between excersises which meant cooling down and having to adjust work out order and ended up doing heavier lifts last that should have been first. There's so much space in this place and given that everyone is in the weight room add another one!
